The endless work that we struggle day to day forces us to be constantly looking for quick fix for every single thing we do to just save us a bit of time. But as much as it is important to work hard to put food on our table, it is also equally important to ensure that the food we put in allows our body to provide our family for as long as we can. The choices you make each day is going to make a difference in 20,30 years time to come. You might not see or feel it now, but it will come. We cannot escape ageing, time will catch up with you. But we have an option to age wisely or deteriorate. If you have a chance to write your future in 30 years time, would you rather be be enjoying a holiday with your children or even grandchildren at a beautiful mountain watching sunsets - sickness free or be home bound, popping in medications to control your blood pressure/cholesterol/diabetes etc due to the body that you hadn't been taking care of for the past 20 years?
The choice is yours.
If you haven't been eating well in the past, fret not. All it takes is just 5 minutes of your time each day from now onwards that will make a difference in your health. Now, we can start with fixing your lunch. 😉 Not only these recipes are super easy, they are also wallet friendly too!
Even if you're not into salads or meal preparations, a simple twerk to your lunch (for eg. switching from a fried fish noodle soup to a slice fish noodle soup) makes a whole lot of difference.
